How do I disconnect from a printer?

To remove a printer:
  1. Choose Start→Devices and Printers (in the Hardware and Sound group). The Devices and Printers window appears.
  2. Right-click a printer and choose Remove Device. You can also select the printer and click the Remove Device button at the top of the window.
  3. In the Printers dialog box that appears, click Yes.

How do I delete a printer in Windows 10?

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Click [Start Menu] - ([All Apps] -) [Windows System] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].
  3. Choose "Brother XX-XXXX", right-click on the icon and then click [Remove device].

Can not delete printer?

To do that, follow these steps:
  1. Press Windows Key + X to open Power User Menu. Select Device Manager from the list.
  2. When Device Manager opens, select View > Show hidden devices.
  3. Delete your printer from Print queues and Printers sections.
  4. After you're done, restart your PC.
